The Expert Series highlights the professionals who contribute to that growth, including specialists in lighting, locations, production, art buying, directing, and more. Each session​, hosted by Carleen Mitchell, features experts discussing their craft and sharing how meaningful collaboration with photographers strengthens every project.

Stacie Vanchieri is the Founder and President of Modelogic MidAtlantic, Virginia’s largest talent agency, based in Richmond, VA. Her BFA in photography informed her early start in model management, later adding representation of actors and stylists. Her team represents talent to clients primarily in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and North Carolina, but also handles talent management nationally. In 2025, she expanded into voice talent, launching Press Play to bring
actor-curated voice talent to her clientele.

Her industry reputation landed her several feature appearances on the 2011 E! network reality show “Scouted,” as well as a 10-year partnership with the worldwide model management company Wilhelmina Models. Her talent have booked for fashion clients including Givenchy, Calvin Klein and Valentino, commercial clients, including Audi, Capital One and Walmart, plus TV/Films such as “Lincoln,” “Harriet,” “Veep” and “Dopesick”.
