With more than 30 years of experience in advertising and creative production, Anya began her career as a creative in Tokyo before returning to the U.S., building deep expertise in art production and studio leadership, including a long tenure at The Martin Agency and a period as Creative Producer at Capital One. She is known for blending strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and a keen visual sensibility to help bring bold ideas to life.
