Dust off your hiking shoes and pack your bag for a hiking adventure to Great Falls Park with APA DC! This will be the first event in our new quarterly Focus on Wellness series.

We'll meet at the Great Falls Visitor's Center in Virginia at 9am and hike a moderately challenging 4.6 mile loop. The trail will take us along the Potomac River, through the neighboring forest and of course, a trip to the park’s famed waterfalls.

Make sure to wear layers, choose a good pair of hiking shoes or sneakers and pack your camera, snacks and water.

Please note:

• This hike is open to anyone over the age of 18 in the DC photographic community. For this inaugural hike, please leave your dogs at home.

• There is a fee to enter the park which will be your responsibility. Learn more and pre-pay here.

• The Visitor’s Center is closed for construction, but there are bathrooms and a vending machine.

• Portions of this park are wheelchair accessible, but not the entire hike.

All guests must register prior to the hike. If you plan to bring a guest, please make sure they register themselves.
